2. Eat REAL, WHOLE, UNPROCESSED Foods. Eat what doesn't come in a box.

3. Get a rich form of Probiotics (the "Good" Guys) Daily. Here are some examples:
Foods - Fresh, organic yogurt (Greek brands seem to be stronger), cultured veggies, Kim Chi, Saurkraut (properly fermented)

4. Get Digestive Enzymes at every meal through foods, beverages or supplements
