Even Better than a microwave...

Buy a bamboo steamer that comes with 2 or more trays
Use a large skillet filled half way with water (so you don't burn the steamer) Place food to reheat on a plate inside the steamer, cover and heat.
***If you buys two steamers you can heat the whole meals at one time. Food stays moist and retains the bulk of its vitamins.

What they Don't know, CAN help them...

We've been chopping veggies and adding them to many things, but taking Jessica Seinfeld's book "Deceptively Delicious" and applying her trick of pureeing veggies and adding them to anything and everything you can think of WORKS! This green rich puree was added to the egg mixture for these chicken fingers. The kids LOVED them. (see recipe for Guitless Chicken Fingers)
